A funicular that climbs 300 metres to reach Neuvecelle with a panoramic view.
Inaugurated in 1907, this funicular railway effortlessly climbs the 300 m difference in altitude between the upper and lower stations. Listed as a historic monument, this funicular is a rare piece of railway heritage. Originally designed to transport spa guests, it is now one of the town's must-see attractions. From the top, after a short walk to the Parc Clair Matin, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Top station refreshment bar open in summer.

On a l'impression d'être revenu à la belle époque, lorsque les belles dames remontaient à l'hôtel Royal après avoir suivi les soins à la cure. Wagon brinquebalant et bruyant, mais vraiment sympathique ! Très belle vue depuis en haut, sur le lac, rues qui serpentent entre de magnifiques châlets, et accès à la grange au lac.
