Une prestation est un service au top
Une définition du luxe sans ostentation, d’un bon goût à toute épreuve y compris pour les aménagements récents comme le nouveau SPA
Tout est magnifique : le bâtiment, les jardins, le lobby, le bar, la vue sur le lac
Il est très agréable de séjourner en ce lieu chargé d’histoire qui conserve son âme tout en proposant tout le confort moderne que l’on attend de ce type d’établissement
Mention spéciale pour le service de chambre, plein d’attentions délicates
S’il fallait trouver quelques bémols : l’isolation phonique insuffisante avec les chambres contiguës, pas de prise électrique en hauteur de part et d’autre du lit, seul du café est disponible en chambre (pour un hôtel qui fait référence à un roi d’Angleterre, ne pas proposer de thé est surprenant)
Enfin, la présence de nombreux enfants contraste avec l’ambiance feutrée (limite d’âge pour l’espace hydrocontact non respectée lors de notre séjour)
Nous repartons néanmoins émerveillés et espérons avoir l’occasion de séjourner à nouveau dans ce palace
