In a generous and elegant atmosphere, the restaurant La Table is located in the 4-star Hôtel Ermitage, in the heart of the Evian Resort. Chef Alexandre Krizan and his brigade offer a tasty and seasonal gastronomic cuisine, sublimating French flavours. The menu features local products such as fish from Lake Geneva, with a cuisine geared towards well-being, all in a lighter style, in order to combine the pleasures of the table with vitality. The menu changes regularly to surprise the taste buds according to the seasons. This summer, the culinary stroll began with summer tomatoes with basil and mozzarella di buffala cream, a snow crab like a caesar or a féra soufflée, crayfish and cumin herb mesclun. A féra from Lake Geneva which is later found in the form of bouillabaisse, a melting apple with fennel. The meal continues with a roast rack of lamb cooked in a vegetable crust. A gastronomic table with service only in the evening. The unmissable event: Sunday brunch! During the summer, brunch is taken on the terrace with a view of Lake Geneva.
