A loop of about ten kilometers, of average difficulty (be careful with the weather conditions), which will take you between two plateaus - plateau of Cenise and plateau of Solaison (from where you can also start, but in this direction the course is more technical) - to the discovery of various mountain landscapes. From the car park, follow the signs for Cenise before following the signposted itinerary that will take you through the lapiaz to the Leschaux rocks (summit at 1,936 m). Descent towards the Solaison plateau with some steep passages, but it is possible to observe ibexes. After a passage in the forest, the ascent is again along a cliff on a steep path. Back to the chalets of Cenise.
