Le Grenier Savoyard was created in the winter of 1971 by Joseph Brasier. At that time, Joseph Brasier was selling regional products on the markets of the region. He was one of the first to believe in this type of product. In 1972, Joseph Brasier opened his first store in the heart of the "Portes du Soleil" in Châtel. There, he imposed a simple concept that would allow him to open other shops in the resorts to introduce tourists and locals to typical charcuterie products in a warm and welcoming environment.
