Gilles, creator of La Rochoise, who started this adventure in 2013, passed the baton to Émilie in 2022. The beers are still hand-crafted, with ingredients sourced from organic farming and short-run French production. The beers come in a variety of colors: white, blonde, red and brown, and the taste is that of the "ales" family. You can visit the brewery to learn about the different stages of production. There's also a pub for drinks and food, with regular musical evenings.
