Gilles, creator of La Rochoise, started this adventure in 2013 and hasn't stopped evolving. His beers are handcrafted using organically grown and French-produced ingredients. His beers come in several dresses: white, blond, russet and brown, and in terms of taste it's that of the "ales" family. You can visit the brewery and learn how to brew, or enjoy a beer in the Brew Pub, right next door to the store. Friendly atmosphere, sometimes with live music.
