La Microbrasserie is the story of a little singular conversion and the saving of a family factory. Alain and Mireille decided to turn the familial factory into a microbrasserie, due to the closure of the undercutting factory. The machines are replaced by tanks; the adventure began in summer 2010 with a "disco" atmosphere, soft lighting, fabric hanging from the ceiling, some traces of the past: robots consisting of rooms factory, rod holders used as chandelier, or lamps of the workshop on the bar... it is a must-see. Here, in an unusual setting and friendly atmosphere, you can taste beer made by Alain and appreciate the "finger food" cuisine of Mireille as an aperitif, or the Savoy board (meats / cheeses, fried potatoes, pies...) for the food lovers. In the evening, events and concerts are combined to relax and have fun. It is a successful conciliation between the homage of an old factory and the pleasure of a microbrasserie. The tourist office offers guided tours to tell you the incredible story of "Marmoux factory" that became the famous Microbrasserie la Fabrique.

J'ai demandé à la barmaid si elle prenait la commande ou si je devais faire le tour du comptoir. Sa réponse " oui, mais je finis d'abord ce que je fais" d'un ton désinvolte. Un oui ou non aurait suffit. Une autre serveuse a pris la commande plus par obligation...
Heureusement qu'une serveuse "Selenia" , nous a servi avec professionnalisme et un sourire.
