In this beautiful building in the heart of the village of Abundance, you can savour the applied kitchen of Chef Jean-Luc in the room where wood, plants and flowers dominate, or on the beautiful flower terrace in the summer. Local products are at the honour of this traditional and inventive cuisine and enjoy the berthoud, this speciality of Abundance Cheese which makes the region pride.
