Small charming and greedy address with a shaded terrace with panoramic view and a guinguette atmosphere.
A nugget for the remote village of Vesc. Bistronomy and B&B at Jules. The chef goes to meet small local organic and sustainable producers to concoct his daily menus. We love the vintage decor of the dining room and, in fine weather, the shaded terrace with its panoramic view and guinguette atmosphere. Examples on the menu: asparagus, pissaladière condiment and amaranth popcorn; langoustine, tzatziki and cucumber cloud with gin; Mediterranean capon and tarragon zucchini; veal walnut, mashed new potatoes.

In a very friendly setting, bistro style of the country, in the heart of the hills, Jules levelled us a refined cuisine with local produce. Alexandra welcomed us simply humour and availability. The address is worth a visit for a gourmet and relaxed stopover.
