This wine union created in 1961 brings together 8 associates, independent winemakers who work 60 hectares of vineyards deployed on the steep slopes of Vercheny, Aurel, Barsac and Saint Sauveur in Diois. Clairette, crémant and hillside of Die are in radius of his cellar, whose curious concrete building cannot be missed, with a tower, in the crossing of Vercheny (a little behind the Post). Exhibitions of artists (painters, calligraphers) are regularly programmed in this vault where the welcome is very pleasant. In summer, a visit of the vault with projection and tasting is organized. The UJVR, which had already obtained the Certified Agriculture Certification in 2009, was awarded the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in 2015. Young wine growers respect the environment. In radius: clairet, creaming, quiet white wine.
