Caves Carod is now owned by Grands Chais de France, which represents other group properties in Alsace, Bordeaux and Languedoc-Roussillon. The winery is now Ecocert-certified. A stopover on the road to Die and its Clairette wine. There's a pretty little Clairette museum on site, and a "De Vignes en Caves" bike tour from the winery. New products on the shelves every year.
