Dedicated to the clairette of Die, this museum compares the contemporary work of the vine and that of the past, in several tables: work of the vine with a horse, grape harvests, pressing, stirring, disgorging, cooperage, vigil... The visit ends with a tasting: clairette de Die, tradition and brut, crémant de Die, coteau de Die. The Carod Frères cellar is a subsidiary of the Grand Chais de France. The grandsons of the family remained active there until 2015.
