This artisanal micro-brewery from Valentinoise produces Jean-Louis beers, a fictional character with a big moustache and sunglasses that we imagine bon vivant. There is the blonde, the redhead, the super blonde, the brunette, the special perch, each with its own aromas, malts and hops. At the helm is Florent Bardaji who fell into beer in 2013, during the first edition of Paris Beer Week. Under the impetus of the brewery, 70 hectares of cereal crops have just been converted to organic farming in the region to be malted at Malt Eco in Ardèche.
