During a trip to New Zealand, Cyril discovered craft beer and began to dream of a brewery. A demanding gourmet, he decided to produce his own beer which would be local, ecological and brewed with the flavours he liked. During 2 years, he elaborates and refines his recipes. He found the ideal location in 2018. Since then, he has been brewing original and tasty beers. His Valentinoise is committed to respecting the environment and using local products.
