Walking on the Rhône with a rame while praying for arms, legs, abdominal, and exercising its coordination? This is possible with Valentinois Rowing. Here you can find more and more popular sports in France (more than 100 000 practitioners). The club is in full expansion: its facilities have just been renovated. New ergometers, reorganisation of the training space and new coach await you. In Valencia, the club has 16 individual boats and 7 boats in crews, and three sections - youth, adults and competition. Rowing is practised on the Rhone from the port of the Epervière to the dam of La-Roche-de-Glun. Initiation courses in summer. Smart: Since this season, Aviron Aviron offers a new «Indoor» registration formula (uses/muscular reinforcement) every Wednesday from October to March.
