Since 2015, the talented pastry chef Julie Haubourdin has been working for the great pastry and chocolate maker Luc Guillet, who opened the doors of his downtown laboratory to her. On the programme, a series of workshops, each one more gourmet than the next, around specific themes: lemon meringue tart, Easter chocolates, saint-honoré, strawberry... The themes obviously adapt to the seasons! Sweet-lips and pot lovers lick their lips right away! Some workshops are more dedicated to children. Good mood guaranteed and generous advice.
