This establishment develops eco-responsible gastronomy. Elegant decor, a passionate team, straightforward flavors, interesting combinations and well-composed plates make us happy. The vegetables come from Montmeyran and the Pierrettes farm in Saint-Marcel-lès-Valence, the lamb from Provence and the fish from sustainable fishing.
