This Michelin-starred restaurant is run by Japanese-born chef Masachi Ijichi. A soothing atmosphere and ritualistic service. The plates have a Japanese elegance, flowers are invited in, fish has pride of place, as do fruits and vegetables from the valley. The menu changes regularly.
