It was a question for the team of enthusiasts newly formed around Baptiste Poinot to take its marks and imagine a new dining cellar. An elegant small bistro room highlights small producers, in plates and glasses. Everything is resolutely friendly and epicurean. A new gourmet menu for this chef who continues his gastronomic journey with seriousness and emotion, anxious to please and surprise his customers.
