A new pleasure address for Valencia, tonic and tasty. On the ground floor of the Ibis Valence sud hotel (opposite the Géant Casino), you will find yourself in a luminous atmosphere with a typical Provence decoration. To install you: a row of high tables where you can settle down in a convivial way, benches facing the swimming pool, some round tables. On the flat screen: a film on the making of the ingredients of the house. On the plates: a sunny cuisine concocted using fresh produce and ingredients bearing the Aix&Terra label, concocted not far away in the brand's Manufacture in Saulce-sur-Rhône. The Discovery Tray lines up delicious sandwiches: tapenade/anchovies, artichoke/parmesan, hot goat's cheese/honey, fresh goat's cheese/truffle, candied tomato caviar/cured ham, etc. There is also a grocery section with condiments and the house's divine compositions, savoury tapenades, oils, vinegars, salts, spices, jams, chocolate creams... A new address in the same spirit has just opened in the Marques Avenue in Romans.
