A strategic address for this restaurant located in the pedestrian streets, Grande-Rue, Saint-Jean Square. The chef, Sevag Agop, from the Middle East, took a few years a restaurant in the Lyonian center before joining the capital of the Drôme where it offers a very careful cuisine. On the map: dishes written like poems. On the plate: fresh products elegantly presented with what needs spices, soil, tradition, innovation and flavor. The service is stylish (too?) and the room all in length seems a little sad if you get to the bottom, far from the glass window and its light.
