The restored club house of the Epervière tennis club offers high quality fast food, cooked elsewhere. Imagine: verrines served are developed at Peak. In the new fast food of Valencia Daily Pic, initiated by the Lady of Pic, club house offers a choice of verrines with a very affordable day formula. Jars reveal delicious flavours and are developed from fresh products. Example of the proposed delights: Pickled pink shrimps on fine celery rhubarb and purée, the supreme of poultry, basil tonka ratatouille, creamy with mozzarella, and finally, floating lavender and Bourbon vanilla island, apricot burst.
