This studio is the only one in Valencia entirely dedicated to Pilates. Classes are given in group, duo or private by a qualified team. The aim is to regain a harmonious and fluid body, to fight against recurring pains linked to bad postures. As a reminder, this method was developed at the beginning of the last century by Joseph Pilates to "rebalance the muscular system by activating the deep layers and deactivating the superficial musculature in order to strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the spine, taking into account breathing, posture and proper alignment". Pilates Reformer can also be tested on site, on a machine.
