Costebelle's cellar resulted from the merger in 2004, from the Costebelle cooperative, whose origin dates back to 1925 and the Costerousses cellar that was founded in 1939. It consists of 430 members and now produces a range of wines, including some exceptions, from black grenache varieties and more secondarily from syrah and old carignan, but also from white, with vionut and roussane, which are so many fruity bottles. The Costebelle cellar develops a partnership with the Cellier of the Dauphins.
