In 2010, a small store opened in Aix-en-Provence and enjoyed great success with a range of gourmet products made from local ingredients, flavored olive oils, truffle cream and other aperitif spreads. Today, a magnificent glass and wood factory, located along the N7, near Mirmande, houses a production workshop, a gourmet table and a store. Dare to try the poichinade/poutarde, the morel cream or the cep/tarragon cream... A favorite is the N7 Apéro Bio set, a trio of small jars: tomato, artichoke, bell pepper.
