This family-run operation transforms milk from Montbéliard dairy cows on site into Alliait brand quality farm ice cream. Traditional ice creams (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana chocolate chip, Vichy pastille signature flavor), yogurt ice creams and ice cakes for the holidays. Raspberry and vanilla Norwegian omelettes. Lemon tart (Breton shortbread, lemon yoghurt ice cream, lemon curd, Italian meringue). Frozen peanuts (vanilla ice cream, creamy peanuts, caramelized peanuts, dark chocolate coating).
