C'est la 2ème fois que nous mangeons au Castel Fleuri la cuisine y est très bonne très raffinée très belle présentation..........un régal pour les yeux et le ventre ! Tous les produits sont locaux ! La terrasse est super agréable ! Nous y étions venus pour le week-end de l'ascension on avait mangé à l'intérieur cadre magnifique
........on était sûr d'y revenir manger lors de notre 2ème séjour dans le Vercors ! Jamais 2 sans 3 nous y retournerons à coup sûr ! Le personnel très agréable et très à l'écoute il vous explique le plateau de fromage par exemple.......Je conseille fortement !!! La photo filet de truite aux noix du Vercors flan de courgettes mélange de légumes du moment et petites pommes de terre ????????????

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé.
Ambiance paisible.
On est surpris en arrivant, la façade d'entrée est dans l'alignement de la rue et quand on est dans l'hôtel, c'est immense !
Depuis le jardin, l'hôtel se présente comme un grand chalet.
Le jardin est grand et arboré : un coin piscine et un coin nature, avec de grand arbres. tout pour le repos.
C'est génial !
