In the heart of the village of Saint-Barthélemy-de-Vals, here is an astonishing and generous address, offering a playground for children, a beautiful shaded terrace, appreciated in summer, and especially a remarkable regional menu drômois, with a salad based on abomasa and hot cheese or a duck magret to olive and quenelle, followed by a prune of guinea fowl in the mixture forest and ravioles and a dessert for choice. It is not royal perhaps but already damn good prince! The stopover can be continued with a walk on the banks of the lake of the nearby Vernets…
