Restaurant with terrace located between the train station and the river, offering a menu based on local and mostly organic produce.
Just a stone's throw from the station, Le Rieussec offers a pleasant terrace overlooking the Drôme. A friendly atmosphere, refined cuisine and greenery add to its charm. The owners, Claude and Sébastien, have chosen to work with local producers, most of whom are organic. A fine selection of inventive starters precedes a small frosted glass with a scoop of raspberry sorbet drizzled with Crémant. We appreciate this little attention between the dome of smoked salmon/fresh cheese/tomato confit and the low-temperature beef chuck/old-fashioned mustard sauce.

Restaurant incontournable a Saillans
La cuisine faite maison avec des produits de qualité est juste exceptionnelle. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les patrons aiment leur métier et ca se voit. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant!
