But what really appeals is the warm atmosphere and the tasty dishes, composed like cheerful tableaux. This is bistronomic cuisine with a locavore twist. Inspired, spicy and original, it delights the eye before seducing the taste buds. Take, for example, the celery velouté with marinated crabmeat, or the fillet of beef with truffled Jerusalem artichoke mousseline.
