A unique place on the edge of the Drôme, on the banks of the river, to enjoy a market cuisine, according to the fancy of the chef, in a well-designed but convivial decor (white tablecloths, purple tentures…). Creativity and subtlety characterize her kitchen: bonbons turnips are accompanied by white meat or fish, stuffed veal stuffed with zucchini caramel, prune profiteroles… With the Gourmet menu, it also adapts to seasonal products. In the autumn, the chef proposes a pig stuffed with morels and truffles, or even ris veal ris in Foie and truffles… Water would come to your mouth?
