Julien and Jérôme have created Fresh BE Strasbourg - Food Truck Burger - and offer recipes based on fresh, local produce. And the combinations of products and tastes are original and sometimes daring. White chocolate bread, fruit jelly, potato pancakes and rhubarb jam are just some of the products incorporated into the recipes. Fresh bread from an artisan bakery, quality meat from the butcher's shop and seasonal fruit and vegetables are just some of the ingredients used in their burgers and desserts.
