Every second Sunday of the month, the Château de l'Île opens its doors to you, to offer you a gargantuan brunch, in a prestigious setting, just outside Strasbourg. The proposed brunch is gourmet and inspired by multiple influences. The products are fresh and varied. Start with the sweets: pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit juice. If you want more pronounced flavours, head for the appetizer buffet: oysters, smoked salmon, foie gras, delicatessen and cheese, raw vegetables... Looking for meat or fish? Chef Yannick Mattern will cook in front of you. Finish with sweet treats, ice cream and a chocolate fountain.
