Flo Py in the kitchen, Fred at the counter and in the dining room. This generous and cheerful local bistro, right next to the church and fountain, offers a pretty terrace under the plane trees, two rooms and a bar. Le Solaure offers daily specials, 100% home cooking and local beers. Friday evenings feature live music. On Thursday and Friday, couscous is served on site or to take away, with lamb from the Vercors, merguez from Chabeuil, red label chicken or vegetarian dishes. Bread and newspaper stand, small organic farmers' market. A favorite. Bikers welcome.
