A restaurant in the city centre that is unanimously appreciated and for good reason: here, the welcome is charming, the prices affordable, the décor playing with wrought iron and excellent dishes. In the kitchen, the local products are sublimated, in particular olives and PDO oil from Nyons, honey and truffles, lime and lamb, not to mention picodon. On that day, the delicious crispy goat cheese with caramelized almonds offered a subtle harmony of sweet/salty, the rabbit saddle stuffed with Nyons olives and its carrot purée with cumin was excellent. Just like the peach soup and its apricot sorbet. A warmly recommended address.
