A gourmet address orchestrated by Nadine. Fine salads, chicken leg or roast pork with inspired brown rice, local cheese platter, homemade desserts, red fruit charlotte, pear and caramel delight, apple tart or chestnut mousse. More refined? Guinea fowl supreme with rivesaltes, duck breast with pears and honey, hake pavé en croûte, eggplant mille-feuilles with goat's cheese and basil, pan-fried peach with vanilla, vine peach sorbet...
