You'll love our traditional soft nougat, made with 35% almonds, 5% Sicilian pistachios and 33% lavender honey! A tour of the factory with an explanatory video, a chat with a charming hostess and a tasting session will convince you of the quality of this nougat, which can be bought plain or flavored, hard or soft, coated in chocolate, with candied fruit or coconut, in logs, papillotes, cubes, bars, cases, boxes and assortment boxes for all gourmands. New products include dark chocolate nougat with orange peel, soft fig nougat, hard nougat from Provence and organic nougat bars and papillotes. Here, we innovate without denying tradition!
