Maison Soubeyran has been writing the history of nougat since 1837. In the kitchen, we still use techniques inherited from the first generations of nougat producers. Copper cauldrons and bain-marie still take pride of place, ensuring that the taste qualities of the raw materials are preserved through controlled cooking. The museum is a real curiosity, with a participatory staging. Afterwards, you can make your nougat dreams come true in the store.

J'ai adoré cet endroit, l'accueil est super, le lieu très agréable. La visite guidée est très intéressante, on peut voir la fabrication des calissons et du nougat si on visite le matin. Le nougat est excellent, mais les petits biscuits et la guimauve aussi ! A ne pas rater !

Superbe endroit pour les gourmands. Accueil sympathique. Produis variés - Bon rapport qualité/prix. Délicieux gâteaux au salon de thé. Bonne dégustation au rayons nougat, guimauve. À recommander sans hésitation.
