The chef gives pride of place to local produce. For example: artichoke velouté with fried bouquets, then mackerel filet a la plancha, tarragon cream or braised beef chuck, lightly spiced sauce with gherkins and tomatoes... There's also a wine cellar where you can pick up a few good bottles from a selection of around 100 wines.
