Three-star hotel-restaurant with fine dining and friendly rooms, in a historic building.

On the ramparts of Mirmande, La Capitelle, a charming historic residence, welcomes you to its 3-star hotel and excellent restaurant. Cubist painter André Lhote (1926-1962) lived here. You can dine in a cosy vaulted room with terracotta floor tiles and fireplace, or on a small terrace protected from the street by a low wall, in the shade of a paulownia tree. On the plate, the compositions of chef Sylvain Croce, a warm-hearted man with a passion for good produce. Nuit étape avec nos deux filles, nous avons été enchanté tout d'abord par le lieu. L'accueil était parfait. M. et Mme Croce vous font partager leur amour du travail bien fait. La suite familiale très agréable avec chambres séparées nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit réparatrice, dans une atmosphère romantique avec une vue enchanteresse. Le repas du soir, sur la formule du jour était d'un très bon niveau de cuisine. Simple et efficace sans cache misère avec de très bons produits. Même nos filles se sont régalées, c'est peu dire car très difficile à contenter. Un régal qui donne envie de revenir goûter le reste de la carte.
Lendemain matin, petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec une présentation de très bon goût et raffinée. Un régal qui vous met en forme pour la journée.
Globalement rien à redire. Note donnée par nos filles 20/20, que nous validons.
