Restaurant offering a cuisine based on fresh and local products.
A superb address between the church and the canal, with a small village terrace and two adjoining rooms. The chef prepares excellent locavore cuisine. At lunchtime, it's simple but carefully prepared; in the evening, it's more cosy and elaborate. We started with roasted asparagus, breaded soft-boiled organic egg, bacon chips and parmesan cream, followed by a duo of Diois lamb (baron and côte) grilled a la plancha, Boutarin black garlic jus, and to finish, a strawberry pavlova with strawberry sorbet. Come early, it sells out fast! Really friendly, efficient service.

Petit restaurant sur la place principale de Blacons , une carte qui évolue au gré des saisons .Goûteux avec une présentation travaillée . Compter 20€ par personne.

J’ai découvert ce restaurant un vendredi soir et malgré la période estivale je n’ai pu résister au foie gras maison
Tout y est parfait : de l’accueil,contenu de l’assiette, à sa deco et le tout un cadre agréable
Des vrais cuisiniers comme je les aime..qui veulent nous faire plaisir
Nous sommes une famille de gourmets
J’envisage de réserver le repas de fête des mères/anniversaire de mon neveu ...nous ferons 1h30 de route...pour un festin...je ne trouve pas ce niveau de prestation sur Lyon à ce prix là surtout
