The mill of Lens Lestang which was several times centenary.

This mill is several hundred years old since we find its indication on the geographical map of Cassini (XVIIIth century). This one, electrified in 1920, was a flour mill. The guided tour lasts one hour and reveals how flour is made. The paddle wheel allows you to understand the hydraulic system of the mill. Very instructive! Two annual events attract a large public: the French Mills Days in May and the Heritage Days in September.
