An exciting adventure! The young Ferme des Buis brings together a group of farmers on 32 ha of organic land around a large building, surrounded by 90 ha of forest. David and Guillaume each use 10 ha to graze their sheep and goats and produce fodder, and each also uses 20 ha of forest for year-round grazing. Corentin, Tom and Camilo cultivate 0.5 ha of market gardens and 2 ha of agroforestry orchards. Old varieties of wheat occupy 3 ha to produce flour for bread at the nearby Amanins agroecological center.
