Two charming cottages all made of wood (and ecological) designed and built by two artists who took care of the smallest detail to ensure you a pleasant stay, in the greatest comfort. The decoration is neat and of perfect taste. You can stay simply or follow retreats and workshops with your hosts Pat and Vinc. Dance is on the program or/and on the theme of healthy eating, the relationship with nature, conscious walking, yoga, cooking and art. A whole program to recharge your batteries and reconnect with the essential.

Nous étions 10, pour 3 jours de partages et de chaleur humaine, avec balade sur les hauts plateaux majestueux, jeux, yoga, danse et créations pour penser le passage : bilan de 2024 et intentions pour 2025 ensemble avec joie et discussions. Je suis repartie reposée, ressourcée avec un livret fait maison et une sculpture nature.
Convivialité et nourritures délicates, colorées dans ce lieu lumineux et spacieux.
Je démarre l'année pleine de gaité et d'enthousiasme grâce aux autres rencontrés, avec qui j'ai pu avoir des échanges riches et plein d'enseignements et Patricia et Vincent qui proposent des séjours qui ont du sens.
De la douceur dans un monde de Brut !!
Un refuge pour l'âme , le corps et l'esprit. J'y retournerai .
