In the kitchen of the house since 2007, Thomas Rambeaud has offered a gourmet provençal cuisine that combines fresh local products and his creativity. A certain requirement and a great success! His prawns breaded with almonds and eggplant millefeuille is already a classic, his John Dory fish aiguillette with bohemian vegetables emulsion with pink berries too! For those who feel really good here, you just have to go up to one of the four guest houses to extend your stay. La Maison du Marquis schedules stays to discover the truffle and the Grignan country. Very tempting!
