On the menu: onion soup with old Comté cheese au gratin, Dubarry-style organic soft-boiled egg, etc. A la carte: Ardèche pork chop with pommes grenailles, duck breast with orange carrot, spelt risotto with truffle, lamb mouse with thyme jus and fragrant semolina. Petit bémol quand même pour le service, tout le monde est bien gentil mais il y a la barrière de la langue, et il ne faut pas trop poser de question car on ne nous comprend pas. Mais c'est un petit détail.
