Michelin-starred chef Sébastien Bonnet offers two restaurants: the gourmet Kléber and the bistro version of Len'k. You have a terrace shaded by tall trees and a renovated dining room, beautifully wooded and planted, where you can enjoy inspired cuisine. In the bistro, for example: pot-au-feu velouté as a pretty appetizer, then shrimp cocktail on avocado mousse and plantain chips, and stuffed gurnard, lobster bisque, spinach, asparagus and chops of chard. A Grand Ardèche (Chardonnay) from Louis Latour goes well with these spring dishes.
