A three-generation company dedicated to Picodon de Dieulefit, a goat's milk tomme with a characteristic, slightly spicy flavor. The company collects raw goat's milk from as far afield as Bourdeaux to make these tommes, which measure 5 to 7 cm in diameter and 50 to 80 g in accordance with the AOC. Cavet offers different maturing stages: from 8 days to 2 months and more. Of course, the longer the ripening, the more personalized the picodon! The Dieulefit method label implies a cheese matured for at least 2 months (14 days for a classic AOC picodon).

Market

Do not miss the very colourful Provençal market on Friday morning, which stretches in the lower town to accommodate all the gourmands in the region. In July and August night markets some Wednesday evening. Other market: that of potters, traditionally held on the weekend of Pentecost.
