In the heart of the village, this pretty Fountain occupies an old house with a vaulted room and terrace under its wisteria. Muffled atmosphere. A glass door lets you see the workshop where Pierre-Jean Lattier orchestrates a seasonal and locavore cuisine. On the menu, it is a festival of flavors. For example, guinea fowl from the Ardèche in a terrine with pistachios and red onion pickles, or langoustines in fricassee, risotto of small spelt from the Boudras farm in Allex with peppers or saddle of local lamb in tournedos cooked at the moment, rosemary juice and candied garlic cloves.
